Mouthy Monday: My current Favourite Quotes.

Hey beauties,] It's currently Sunday and I really wanted to make sure I get a Mouthy Monday up on the blog, but I've had a strange week that has left me drained and exhausted and I've been trying to think of something to write about all weekend.  And in the end, I wasn't sure if I could write anything on the blog this week.. But as I draft this, I realize I need to. I need to keep my head busy and the best way for me to do that is to write. I’ve not had the greatest of weeks and part of me wants to hide away and not leave my sofa. But I don’t want to let people down and I also don’t want to be that girl, I don’t want to give up completely. So I thought I'd share a few of my favourite quotes. I have a huge collection of quotes,  mostly for use in blog posts etc but sometimes when i'm idly browsing facebook a quote will strike something within in and I save it...whether to use as part of a blog post or to keep me inspired when my motivation levels are at

The Simple Pleasures: A Day Out With My Camera.

Hey Beauties, So It's been a few weeks since I last did one of these posts and I thought it was about time I put another one up! And This week's is about one of my favourite things to do when the weather is on my side (Sometimes even when the weather is awful):  Go out and explore my home town through the lense of my camera.   This week I took my Camera to two of my favourite places in the city, The Coventry Cathedral Ruins and The Herbert Art Gallery. I went with a friend and I just love comparing the photos we've taken and sharing tips with each other on how to get perfect shot...and It was a generally good afternoon. The sun was shining, the flowers were in bloom and I got some really good photos. Till the next time, Gemma. ..xXx..

Review: Maybelline Colour Tattoos.

Hey Beauties, I seem to be slowing getting back into the swing of blogging, (and writing in general), and today I have a review that I've been meaning to put up for a long time. The Maybelline Colour Tattoo range has been a staple in my Make-Up collection ever since their launch...I currently have 3 of them and even converted my Mum into a lover of them. What Maybelline say:  Dare to wear Colour Tattoo 24Hr Cream Gel eye shadow. With up to 24HR staying power. Popping colour that glides on. Get Inked! Our technology creates super-saturated shadow.  Cream Gel Smooth's on for vibrant colour that does not fade. Price:  £4.99 Where to buy:  Superdrug, Boots & Online here . My Thoughts:  So as I've said I have 3 colours...Pink Gold, Eternal Gold and On & On Bronze...of the three, Pink Gold  is my favourite and most used. Followed by On & On Bronze. These are the perfect Eyeshadow for me, They really do last (Probably not 24 ho

Lush Haul

Hey Beauties, so as I mentioned on Monday, I have recently moved into my own place, with a working bath. Which meant only one thing, a trip to my local Lush was on the cards!  And that's what I did on Friday! And I left the store with a paper bag full of goodies to try...mainly products I've never tried before and one old faithful favourite which I just had to put in my basket! Let's start with the only bodycare purchase: Dream Cream Body Lotion.   I've heard alot about this and at £11.25 it isn't the cheapest body lotion in the world, but it comes in a pretty reasonably sized pot and a little goes a long way so it's gonna last me a good few months I reckon. And it's in a black pot and us Lush lovers all now what that means! The rest of my purchases were a mixture of bath bombs and bubble bars. The first bath bomb I put in my basket was the Fluffy Egg Bath Bomb, for one simple reason: It smells like Snow Fairy. I've gotta have my Snow F

Mouthy Monday: The month that was March.

Hey Beauties, I'm back! And as today is the last day of the month, I'd thought it'd be fitting for today's Mouthy Monday to be a quick recap of March, as all in all it was a pretty good month for me. The main good thing about March was finally getting my own flat. For those who don't know, I was living with a 'friend' for a good few months, but things weren't actually going well there and I was looking for my own place to move into as soon as I could...And finally half way through March I got the news I was waiting for! I had found a flat and it was available for me to move into whenever I after viewing it and signing all the paperwork, the keys were mine and I moved in a few days later. It's the bare basics of a flat atm, I still need to get a few more essential bits of furniture and decorate it, but it's mine and I love having my own space again. And I have a working bath! So of course, I hit Lush at the soonest available a
